Orders and Shipping Policy
We process your orders during our regular store business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, central time (U.S.), Monday through Thursday, except for U.S. national holidays. We strive to ship your order within two working days.
Shipping and Handling
To keep your costs down, we use the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) as our shipping carrier. We use several of their domestic (U.S.) and international shipping methods. In addition to shipping, we charge a $4.00 handling fee to process each order. However, since we are nonprofit, we do not charge sales tax.
Shipping insurance may be required on orders which exceed a value of $100 and/or weigh over 20 pounds. Before fulfilling your order, if insurance is needed, we will call you for your approval before charging you for the insurance.
Domestic orders should usually be received within seven days after we ship them, unless expedited service is requested. International orders must be shipped by priority or other expedited mailing methods. They should usually be received within three weeks.
