This book is the result of forty-five years of research. Joseph Smith fought polygamy. Joseph Smith did not practice polygamy. Polygamy was attached to Joseph Smith's name by men nearest him in order to cover their own adultery. Some of these were Church leaders who had become polygamists as a result of doing missionary work among members of a polygamous sect in Maine called Cochranites. Includes colored pictures and charts.
