Orders and Shipping

Processing Orders

We process your orders during our regular store business hours, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, central time (U.S.), Monday through Thursday, except for U.S. national holidays.  We strive to ship your order within two working days.

Shipping and Handling

To keep your costs down, we use the United States Postal Service (U.S.P.S.) as our shipping carrier.  We use several of their domestic (U.S.) and global shipping methods. In addition to shipping, we charge a $4.00 handling fee to process each order.  However, since we are nonprofit, we do not charge sales tax.

Delivery Times

Domestic orders should be received within three to five days after we ship them, unless expedited service is requested.  International orders should be received within three to five weeks or longer, depending upon the shipping method chosen.

Weight Limits

For our online shopping software to calculate your shipping cost and process your order, domestic (U.S.) orders cannot exceed 70 pounds.  Global order weight limits vary depending upon the country, but generally cannot exceed 44 pounds.  If your order exceeds these limits, you can either make multiple orders which do not exceed the weight limits or call the Restoration Bookstore at 816.461.5659 to place your order over the telephone.
